Note: The LP Print Service (chapter 10) is not an objective found on the current Solaris 8 exams. I include it in this book however, because this book is a training guide- not just a certification study guide. Every system administration class must teach the administrator how to setup printers and manage the LP print queues- you simply can’t leave it out. If you don’t want to learn about this topic, simply skip over it. The ExamGear CD also inlcudes a module to test you on this topic, but it can be easily turned off by the user.
